369 Journal Privacy Policy

369 Journal is a private journaling app for the 369 manifestation method. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party tracking.

Information Stored On Your Device

The app stores your active desire, journal entries, ritual progress, streaks, evidence notes, guided writing, sleep scene text, vision board items, reminder preferences, settings, and voice affirmation recordings locally on your device.

AI Ritual Coach

If you use the AI Ritual Coach, the app may send your name, active desire, day number, recent evidence notes, and recent guided writing snippets to the 369 Journal API hosted on Vercel. This API uses OpenAI to generate a response. The response is cached in the app so it does not need to regenerate every time you reopen the coach.

Do not enter highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, or confidential information into the AI coach.

Voice Affirmations

If you choose to record a voice affirmation, the app asks for microphone permission. Voice recordings are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share, export, or back them up using Apple system services.

Widgets

Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets may read a small local snapshot from the app's shared App Group container, such as day number, streak, next session, progress, and optional desire preview.

Face ID

If you enable privacy lock, the app uses Face ID or device authentication through Apple’s LocalAuthentication system. 369 Journal does not receive or store your biometric data.

Purchases

369 Pro Lifetime purchases are handled by Apple In-App Purchase. We do not process payment card details. Apple may provide purchase status information so the app can unlock Pro features.

Feedback

If you send feedback from inside 369 Journal, we collect the message you write and, if you choose to provide it, your reply email address. Feedback may also include basic app context such as app version, build number, ritual day number, streak, completed sessions, and selected cycle length.

Feedback does not include your active desire, journal entries, voice recordings, vision board, reminders, or widget data unless you choose to type that information into the feedback message yourself.

We use feedback only to understand issues, improve the app, and reply to you if you provided an email address. We do not use feedback for advertising or tracking.

Data Deletion

You can delete local app data from inside the app where available, or by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data from that device, subject to normal iOS backup behavior.

Children

369 Journal is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
